- If you use Microsoft Outlook, check whether you have folders marked This Computer Only.

5. Apple Mail on iPhone or iPad
If your existing email account was configured using the old mail server, simply changing the incoming server settings may not be enough.
iOS may lock fundamental account settings, such as the account protocol (IMAP or POP) and incoming server hostname, after the account has been initially verified. If you cannot successfully update the incoming server settings, you may need to remove the old account and add it again.
Before Removing the Existing Account
- Confirm that Cybernautic has completed your mailbox migration.
- Make sure you have your current email password.
- Check that your important messages and folders are visible in Cybernautic Webmail.
- If you have messages that are not visible in Webmail, contact Cybernautic Support before removing the account.
Important: Removing an IMAP account from your iPhone or iPad removes the account connection and its synchronized local cache. It does not delete the mailbox stored on the email server. However, messages that have not synchronized with the server may not be available after the account is removed. Check your mailbox in Webmail first.
